On October 8, 2022, Vshojo would post a tweet on Twitter announcing an art contest that will run until November 4, 2022 PDTNico would discover this opportunity and become determined to work from the beginning until the end of the contest. In the first minute of his discovery, he begins the sketch.The time in the Philippines is 9:52 AM, November 5, 2022. The time in the PDT timezone is 6:52 PM, November 4, 2022. Nico stayed up several nights to work until the last minute of the contest until finally, he released his entry

"Paraiso"

"Paraiso" is Nico's magnum opus. This artwork was by far the most intricately detailed among every other; this completes the concept that which the artworks within it aspires to be, in full conception. This piece was the first to feature the "third expansion" where Nico expands his artwork for the third time.This piece would feature his inspiration for all things he dreams to draw; stained glass, arches, columns, floral designs, and a whole cathedral.This piece took a lot of reference from architectural principles such as fan vaults from the ceilings of cathedrals, tracery windows, rose windows, the rear and front of Notre Dame from Paris, and the iconic unfinished beauty of the Segrada Familia from Barcelona. This piece aims to capture the divinity and the darker side of the angelic defiant, Ironmouse before Heavenfall.

"Perish Parish ii"

This piece is a "drawn-over" artwork on top of the "Perish Parish" interior. This would feature much of the exterior designs of cathedrals, the statues on the side were taken from the designs of the Westminster Abbey from London.There boast four statues of Bubi on its side as if it were gargoyle statues.

"Perish Parish"

"Perish Parish" is a piece that expands beyond the centerpiece. This piece features two distinguishable arches on its sides and a noticeably large stained-glass flower on the bottom. This is the piece that aims to capture the interior of the cathedral. This is also where majority of the difficulty and time takes place; Nico, despite knowing he can't risk anything for the contest, still tries to use unfamiliar detailing techniques. This was also by far the stiffest to animate since it features a lot of solid structures.

"Angel of Sundown"

"Angel of Sundown" would be the centerpiece of the entire "Paraiso". This is mainly where Ironmouse is seen in her full glory.

Trivia

> Sunset color palette: The immediate thing you'll notice in the entire piece is the colors. These pieces use a very warm sunset palette. There are two reasons for this, one is for competitive differences, and the other is to symbolize the exact opposite of Lucifer being the "morning star" as herald of dawn; this would be a subtle poetic biblical reference.> Wings of Ironmouse: Nico loves to alter designs just a little bit sometimes. But this one was particularly motivated. The wings took inspiration from the recently premiered "Gundam, Witch From Mercury" wherein Aerial releases their drones to overpower their duel opponent. This is also inspired by other Gundam wing designs, especially Gundam Freedom> Eyes and Crowns: Among several pieces made by Nico, crowns and eyes are very prominent and it's still present in here too. Several eye-like elements are scattered around the doodles. crowns were subtly visible on the lashes of the eyeball above Ironmouse. Eyes has been recurring symbolism for "judgement", and the crowns are homage to Jean-Michael Basquiat which is present in many of his paintings. The crowns to Nico personally means "absolute" and "ruling".> Cameo Statues: On the piece "Perish Parish ii" there are a total of eight statues. Four of which are Bubi, and four of which are known content creators. From left to right, there stands Connor, Joey, Merryweather, and Garnt. The suit and pose reference was taken from this Reddit post> Could not draw any more details: During the final stages of drawing the "Paraiso" piece, after the final touches, the tablet outright refused to register any more brush strokes. Ibispaint was the mobile drawing app where all the pieces were drawn. The app would repeatedly issue a "too many layers" error dialogue without any new brush strokes registering. Nico would finally decide that enough is enough and cannot risk more possible file corruption.
